The Story: 'Milkshake' is a playful departure from the traditional rural palette, inspired by a childhood search for the mythical "strawberry milkshake cow." While the brown and black-and-white silhouettes of the British countryside are familiar, this study reimagines the landscape through a lens of surrealism and youthful wonder. It is a tribute to the stories we tell ourselves before we understand the mechanics of the world.
 
The Technique: Each cow silhouette is meticulously hand-painted and suspended in our signature 5mm floating relief. This elevation creates a dynamic interplay of shadow against the vibrant landscape, bringing a three-dimensional, architectural quality to the whimsical subject matter.
